A limited amount of shoppers allowed at one time. If you find yourself in a line, please know that we will let you in as others exit the sale. And aim to keep the wait to a minimum. 

All Sales are Final, No returns. All items are sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Coastside Estate Liquidators are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the premises or outside the premises. Attendance of the sale and entry to the property is at your own risk. 

Coastside Estate Liquidators personnel are not allowed to move large and/or heavy items. You must be able to move these items safely yourself or bring help. 

Please respect the neighbors, do not block driveways or double-park. Please note all parking restrictions before leaving your vehicle. Not responsible for loss or damage to a vehicle while attending the sale. 

Cash, ApplePay, Venmo, and Credit Cards are all gladly accepted. We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resale permit. 

Backpacks, strollers, and large bags are not allowed. Bags are subject to search. We prosecute all shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. 

Valuables are removed from the property daily.

We cannot guarantee items in photos will be at the sale. Photos are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change. We do our best to update photos before the first sale day, but there are circumstances such as presale and family members removing items last minute which can impact the availability of items. If you are wondering about a specific or popular item feel free to contact us before attending the sale. Thank you for your understanding.
